Job Title: Civil Engineer - Project Manager
Location: Costa Mesa, CA ($3k relocation assistance if you live more than 40 miles from Costa Mesa)
Salary: $90,000 - $140,000+
Requirements
5-11+ Years Relevant Experience
Bachelor of Science in civil engineering
Licensed Professional Engineer in the state of California (or soon to get)

What You Will Be Doing
Lead a team of civil designers in the design of precise grading plans on commercial projects
Manage projects (ie: High Density Residential, Shopping Centers, Auto Dealerships, Gas Stations, Amusement Parks, and QSR developments)
Establish and oversee project parameters & design criteria while following general design standards
Work directly with Principal to produce accurate and competitive proposals and business development.
