Job Title: Senior Tax Manager
CPA: Must have an Active CPA.
Location: Firm is located in Houston, TX.
Hours: Full-Time

Base Salary Range: $160,000-$180,000 (Based on experience level)

What You Will Be Doing
Preparing complex client correspondence including recommendations, technical issues, proposals, etc.
Delegating assignments to foster an environment of mentoring and teamwork.
Demonstrating your understanding of recent tax developments and their implications to a clients business.
Provide high level of expertise in one or more specialized industry areas, but still able to perform very effectively as a generalist.
What You Need for this Position
3 - 5+ years a manager in a Public Accounting Firm
Active CPA
Non-Profit, Private Equity, Healthcare, Energy, Manufacturing, AND/OR Construction/Real Estate (ONE OR MULTIPLE ARE PREFERRED)
What's In It for You
Competitive Base Salary: $160,000 - $190,000 (DOE)
Vacation/PTO: Holidays - Nine (9) paid holidays including New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, two days for Thanksgiving, two days for Christmas, & one floating holiday.
Medical: Major Medical Insurance - Majority of employee portion is paid by Firm + Employer contribution to HSA plans, per pay period.
Dental: Optional, dental coverage.
Vision: Optional, vision coverage.
