About The Role:

Title: Automation Specialist

Reports to: Development Operations Manager

Location: Remote - (Preference MO/KS area. May have to work in the office as

needed.)

Status: Non-Exempt, Full Time

Compensation: Hourly rate based on experience with incentive compensation and competitive benefits.

Responsibilities:
• Participate in and/or observe training classes to identify efficiency and automation opportunities.
• Learn existing automation software.
• Develop new efficiencies in existing accounts.
• Maintain and enhance processes as needed.
• Create documentation on current and future efficiency projects.
• Meet all required deadlines identified by the RPA Team.
• Perform other duties as needed or directed.

Accountabilities:
• Assists IT Department as directed.
• Acts in accordance with all HIPAA Privacy and Security guidelines to ensure confidential handling of protected

health information.
• Execute prompt analytical decision making/research with specific attention to detail.
• Comply with State laws, and company policies and procedures.

Education & Knowledge
• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of two years of experience in the field or a related field.

• Read and comprehend instructions, discussion, correspondence, and memos in English.
• Ability to communicate technical information to nontechnical personnel.
• Ability to read and analyze technical information to determine the usefulness of hardware and software.

• Resourcefulness and ability to take the initiative in development and completion of work projects.
• Demonstrate excellent time management, prioritization, and ability to multi-task.
• Initiative-taking, driven and resilient to meet and exceed targets and objectives.

• Must be able to work effectively alone and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements:
• Sitting for extended periods of time.
• Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, power tools and to manage other

computer components.
• Occasional inspection of cables in floors and ceilings.
• Lifting and transporting moderately heavy objects (40 lbs.), such as computers and peripherals.
• Walking, bending, and reaching intermittently.
• Ability to travel as needed to clients and multiple service center locations.
