RESPONSIBILITIES FOR PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER:
Join a team of 8 professionals managing over 70 active New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, ensuring the aftermarket parts and services meet business goals and deliver value to the company, dealers, and end customers.
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product support, test, validation, and purchasing teams to analyze engineering drawings and apply aftermarket-focused guidelines and policies for long-term product sustainability.
Support a wide range of models already in the market, evaluating future aftermarket health through detailed data analysis, creating reports and narratives using MS Excel to guide decision-making and project progress.
Oversee the integration of aftermarket considerations in the NPI process, ensuring parts and services align with customer needs while adhering to engineering and business requirements.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE FOR PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
2-4 years experience.
Not open to Master's Degree.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS FOR PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER:
Blueprint and related systems proficiency
Microsoft Office products, e.g. Excel
Mechanical or electric/electronic design
