Your Role:
Optimize & Innovate: Develop process improvements to boost productivity and reduce waste. Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Collaborate: Work with manufacturing, quality assurance, and R&D to align on process goals and support new process implementation.
Document & Comply: Create and maintain SOPs and process flow diagrams. Ensure compliance with industry standards.
Train: Educate production staff on new processes and best practices.
Continuous Improvement: Lead Lean and Six Sigma projects, recommending adjustments to keep us performing at our best.
What You Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electronic Engineering.
2+ years in process engineering.
Strong analytical skills, teamwork, and a knack for problem-solving.
Familiarity with automation and industry regulations.
Bonus Points:
Lean/Six Sigma certification.
Experience in steel/wire manufacturing.
Bilingual (Spanish is a plus).
