You will be responsible for:
Oversee daily operations and P&L of the plant to ensure efficiency, cost and safety.
Manage production schedules and coordinate with various departments to meet project deadlines.
Monitor quality control and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Lead and train plant staff, fostering a productive and safe work environment.
Implement and manage cost-control measures to optimize plant performance and reduce expenses.
Required experienced:
5 years experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Experience in plant/ general management
Preferably working within a steel mill
