Job Description:


As an Application Security Engineer, you will:

• Provide hands-on technical support for the Checkmarx and Checkmarx ONE platforms.


• Drive vendor accountability to address and resolve product defects.


• Support patching and upgrade testing processes.


• Collaborate with Product Owners, Application Security Champions, development team members, and offshore partners.


• Ensure documentation is up-to-date, accurately reflecting process changes, with a keen eye for detail.

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in application security.


• 2+ years of experience with Agile methodologies and Atlassian products such as Jira and Confluence, or equivalent.


• Strong understanding of the OWASP Top 10.


• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.


• Exceptional customer service skills.


• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technology integration issues.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience with cloud technologies.


• 3+ years of scripting experience, particularly with Python.


• 2+ years of experience with SQL.


• Experience with static analysis.


• Administration experience with Checkmarx / Checkmarx ONE.
