The Hilton Portland and the Hilton Duniwa y is looking for their next Complex Front Desk Supervisor to join their dynamic team at the front desk! Find us in central downtown, less than one block from the Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall and Pioneer Courthouse Square. Pioneer Place Mall, Portland Art Museum, Newmark Theatre, and several parks are within three blocks

The ideal candidate for this role will possess:


  • Minimum One (1) or more year(s) Hotel experience or similar role
  • Leadership skills and strong communication
  • Hospitable and Friendly demeanor to service our guests
  • Previous hotel/front desk experience required
  • A team player with positive attitude

Classification: Full time
Schedule: Must have open availability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

What will I be doing?

As a Front Desk Supervisor you would be responsible for greeting and registering guests and checking guests out of the hotel in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:


  • Oversees front desk operations.
  • Provides guest service, guidance and leadership to ensure consistent customer service is provided.
  • Assigns and instructs team members in details of work.
  • Monitors lobby traffic to make staffing adjustments accordingly.
  • Resolves customer complaints.
  • Trains, supervises, schedules and assists in evaluating staff.
