Salary: $75,000.00 USD Annually - $95,000.00 USD Annually

Description: One of my best clients is currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for their night shift. They are seeking a dedicated and experienced Night Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and smooth operation of our automated warehouse during night shifts. This role is crucial in ensuring that our systems run seamlessly and any issues are promptly addressed to maintain our high standards of productivity and safety.


This job will have the following responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians.
  
  
  • Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on automated systems and equipment.
  
  
  • Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software issues.
  
  
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  
  
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory.
  
  
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize warehouse operations.
  
  
  • Provide training and support to maintenance staff.
  
  
  Qualifications:
  
  
  
  
  • Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably in an automated warehouse or similar environment.
  
  
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and automation systems.
  
  
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  
  
  • Ability to work night shifts and manage a team effectively.
  
  
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  
  
  • Relevant certifications or technical training is a plus.
