The Assistant Unit Supervisor aids the Unit Supervisor with clinical rounds focusing on high-risk patients. The Assistant Unit Supervisor maintains unit records (RCC, MDS, pharmacy, immunizations, etc.) and completes/audits documentation of Electronic Health Records. This position enhances the standard of patient care on this fast-paced unit in alignment with our mission and vision





Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 am - 3:00 pm - Every other weekend and holiday rotation (flexible schedule)



What you'll do:



Collaborate with the Unit Supervisor on clinical rounds, focusing on high-risk patients.


Ensure accurate and up-to-date unit records, including RCC, MDS, pharmacy, immunizations, etc.


Maintain meticulous documentation within the Electronic Health Records (EHR).


Champion a high standard of patient care, aligning with our unit's mission and vision.



Qualifications:



Current RN license in Pennsylvania.


Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in long-term care or a healthcare setting.


Leadership potential and a desire to mentor staff.


Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills.


A passion for quality patient care.
