Overview

Remote Position (OR/WA Only)

This is a remote position – incumbents, who reside in Oregon or Washington only. There may be occasional situations that require work to be performed on-site at an assigned Legacy Health location. All new hires are required to come to a designated Legacy Health office location in Portland, Oregon prior to their start date for a new hire health assessment and to complete new hire paperwork. This position may require initial training and orientation to be site-based, before transitioning to the remote schedule.

The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist will lead and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive online engagement. The specialist will analyze performance metrics, optimize campaigns for better results, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in digital marketing tools, and a creative approach to problem-solving are essential. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in digital marketing with strong understanding of content management systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to stay ahead of industry trends. Our Marketing team values collaboration, creativity, and diverse points of view to help craft engaging and meaningful communications for our patient and employee audiences.

The Marketing/Digital Sr Specialist oversees marketing/digital programs and the supporting technology systems based on defined objectives and direction from division leadership. Programs are based on division roadmap to support organization’s strategic business needs and may include provider and specialty referral for the public, patients and insurance plans; online class/event registration; reputation management; email campaigns; health risk assessment; web personalization; etc.

The Sr Specialist oversees related technology systems, including vendor account management; contracting and project scoping; invoicing and inter-department cost-sharing; product evaluation and system enhancements/upgrades; collaborating to establish processes and governance for standardized work and branding; and coordinating user group.

This role uses strong project management, communication, problem-solving, collaboration, and customer service skills to anticipate and address issues; negotiate timelines; manage stakeholder expectations; optimize programs and system utilization; help identify future opportunities; and balance division needs and priorities based on division roadmap.



Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing/communications, digital/website or equivalent experience required. Health care background preferred. Experience can be substituted for educational requirement.

Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience managing consumer-facing programs such as marketing, sales, communications, PR or digital/web in corporate environment or agency. Experience with program coordination/management for marketing/digital systems. Experience with digital content management systems, project management systems, spreadsheet and word processing applications required. Experience with analytics/data reporting preferred. Experience leading project teams considered in lieu of years of experience.

  • Understand digital technology platforms and use systems effectively related to job functions.
