Job Overview:


As a JDE Financial Cost Analyst, you will collaborate closely with the E1 Application Manager and Mueller Finance Team to ensure the effective development and functionality of applications. The role will engage with our financial users and partners to set up Advanced Cost Accounting in JD Edwards Enterprise One 9.2 and assist in Annual Cost Roll Process. Functional areas may include product cost, reporting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger. This position will report to the E1 Application Manager and is based in our Atlanta Corporate Headquarters near the Sandy Springs area.



Primary Responsibilities:

• Function as a subject matter expert in product costing to identify improvement opportunities, develop processes, and resolve issues for end users.


• Actively participate in system design and testing sessions for product costing, accounts payable, general ledger and accounts receivable to ensure solutions meet short-term objectives and long-term goals.


• Collaborate with the E1 Application Manager and Finance Team to ensure new development aligns with end-user needs.


• Support and enhance functionalities related to Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger in JD Edwards Enterprise One 9.2.


• Assist in the support of third party applications integrated with JD Edwards Enterprise One 9.2, including Tungsten, Avalara, and Blackline.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience; in lieu of bachelor's degree, equivalent work experience will be considered.


• Three to five years related work experience required.


• Advanced Cost Accounting experience.


• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Proficient with Excel or similar databases.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Good presentation skills


• Microsoft office product expertise


• JD Edwards Enterprise One 9.2 experience
