Divisional CFO / VP Finance - Health Care at Kforce Inc in New Hyde Park, New York

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce's client, a health care services company headquartered in New Hyde Park, NY, is seeking a Divisional CFO/VP Finance. This is a broad-based FP&A, Corporate Finance, & Treasury role. This role will manage a small team of financial analysts, but there will also be very high-end impactful work that will be hands on. Work schedule will be hybrid with heavy work from home and flexibility.

• Variance Analyses


• Strategic Finance


• Corporate Finance


• Treasury

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business; Advanced degree such as an MBA a plus


• A certification like a CFA a plus


• At least 8 years of experience


• Healthcare services experience


• FP&A experience


• Treasury experience

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
