Technician- Quality Control
Andover, MA
Contract Position
$40.63-$45.63/Hour

Responsibilities:
- Perform chemical analysis and quality verification of flow battery electrolyte samples using HPLC, ICP, UV-Vis, viscometry, turbidity, and conductivity techniques.
- Provide critical quality control data for the development of new battery electrolyte products and manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with senior chemists, battery scientists, and manufacturing partners to ensure that electrolyte products meet specifications for development and commercial use.
- Support a team of four, generating QC data and testing samples for research and development initiatives.
Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline with laboratory experience. -
Experience:
- At least 1 year of laboratory experience in chemical, pharmaceutical, or biotech environments.
- Proficiency in HPLC and/or ICP-OES analytical techniques.
- Ability to conduct testing, analyze data, and contribute to next steps in product development.

Desired Skills:-
4+ years of experience in industrial chemical or pharmaceutical product development and quality control. - Experience in analytical method development and validation.
- Knowledge of procedures for validation, verification, and periodic monitoring to meet customer specifications.
