* Oversee company advertising and brand image.
* Help prepare the marketing plan and budget.
* Coordinate project photos and distribute resumes/project sheets to partners.
* Update the company website, digital marketing, social media, and analytics.
* Support industry conferences/trade shows, including scheduling and logistics; manage promotional items.
* Assist in business development, sponsorships, and special events.
* Manage project information and maintain databases for proposals, resumes, and project experience.
* Coordinate written proposals, ensuring timely compilation, editing, and submission.
* Set up projects and assist with client billing as needed.


Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree required
* 2+ years of marketing and administrative work experience is required
* Previous experience in the construction, architecture, or engineering industry would be amazing!
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
* Knowledge of CRM software is a plus!
* Experience using Adobe Suite is a plus! (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
* Knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook & Instagram) in a business setting


Additional Info:
* Pay: $52,000 to $62,000
* Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
* Location: 100% In Office
