Kimberly-Clark Professional’s North America in-house creative agency is looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Communications Account Manager to collaborate proactively with internal cross-functional teams in the development and implementation of strategic communication plans and tactics across all channels for our North America business. This individual will be involved in all day-to-day activities of business initiatives, including plan development, overseeing creative development and execution, project estimating and execution, budget planning and management, etc. The Senior Marketing Communications Account Manager will report to The Creative Agency Associate Director and will work closely with the Customer Marketing, Product Marketing and Demand Generation teams.  This role can be based remotely in the United States but may require occasional in-office attendance for workshops or meetings in Roswell, GA.

In this role, you will:


  • Act as lead contact for all allocated business unit projects while building rapport and credibility with marketing stakeholders based on trust, sound counsel, responsiveness to ongoing needs, and flawless execution.


  • Work closely with internal teams to successfully manage all aspects of project timelines and deliverables and independently oversee assigned project workstreams.


  • Collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders to develop creative briefs that drive business results as well as to ensure consensus around tactical scope and approach.


  • Utilize workflow management tool to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budgets.


  • Strategically think and solve stakeholder needs (thinking beyond the request) while anticipating and addressing potential issues or challenges before they arise.


  • Lead internal meetings and prepare relevant documents, including agendas, follow up communications, etc.


  • Create and communicate detailed timelines and status updates for team members, stakeholders and vendors while consistently ensuring awareness and completion of all required tasks.


  • Ensure feedback is gathered, understood, and addressed as appropriate across all deliverables and supporting the creative team by providing clear, concise, and relevant feedback and direction to them.


  • Knowing when and how to delegate in an appropriate manner and knowing when to escalate issues to management for support.


  • Analyze program results, summarize findings, and recommend program enhancements and/or changes to improve going forward.


  • Adhere to internal process and policies while leading continuous improvement activities to drive operational efficiency.


  • Infuse metrics-minded behavior for all marketing initiatives by ensuring benchmarks are set for analysis and measurement.

  • Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of experience with proven success in-house or agency creative account management in a marketing or advertising field, B2B experience preferred.


  • Digitally savvy with extensive experience working with workflow management software – Adobe Workfront preferred.


  • Ability to lead marketing and creative agency partners based on in-depth knowledge of their business and thorough understanding of agency projects.


  • Effectively able to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.


  • Experience working closely with brands from different verticals and bringing the brand vision and product portfolio to life as part of a unified customer experience.


  • Excellent customer-service, communication, and organizational skills


  • Demonstrated ability to formulate and manage budgets and timelines.


  • Ability to interact professionally and effectively with team members at all levels within the organization.


  • Flexibility in working across teams and ability to adapt to project needs and different team working styles.


  • Experience managing creative output to ensure alignment of event strategies to overall business objectives.

Total rewards at Kimberly-Clark includes pay and a full package of benefits that can be tailored to individual needs. The anticipated pay range for this job has a range of $86,000-$106,000 in addition to bonus potential. Individual pay levels will be based on multiple factors including, but are not limited to, location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
