Position Summary:
The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of branch operations, sales, and service within the Air Division. This role involves managing key areas including Outside Sales, Customer Service, the Service Department, and Warehouse functions. The Branch Manager will ensure that operations run smoothly, focusing on driving growth and delivering superior customer satisfaction. A successful candidate will possess a hands-on approach to leadership and will actively engage in strategies to improve productivity, support sales goals, and enhance the overall performance of the branch. The role also emphasizes building expertise in air solution products and fostering strong supplier relationships to meet the evolving needs of customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations including sales, distribution, customer service, and warehouse functions to ensure smooth workflow.
• Provide direct Outside Sales coverage for both existing and new accounts in the territory, spending >60% of time on business development.
• Develop in-depth expertise on air-related equipment and applications to align with operational and sales objectives.
• Manage and mentor branch personnel, fostering a high-performance culture through training, development, and motivation.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop forecasts, set branch budgets, and allocate resources to meet financial targets.
• Proactively identify opportunities for operational improvements and growth, driving initiatives to address challenges and capitalize on opportunities.
• Engage with customers to resolve issues and maintain high levels of satisfaction, while liaising with corporate support when necessary.
• Share competitive intelligence and market insights with corporate to inform strategic business decisions.

Qualifications & Competencies:

• Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on team development and employee engagement.
• Knowledge of air handling and distribution systems is highly preferred, with an eagerness to deepen technical expertise.
• Proven ability to manage multiple teams and foster cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively across various levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Results-driven with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
This role includes direct supervision of sales and operations personnel. The Branch Manager is responsible for coaching, mentoring, and developing staff to drive both individual and team success.
