Role

Provides general support for consumer, small business and commercial online banking platforms and related online and payment products. Has responsibility for processing daily reports and maintenance, GL balancing, department reporting, research and troubleshooting for external and internal customer support.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Responds in a timely manner to external and internal customer inquiries and requests for information concerning True Blue Online®, mobile applications, mobile deposits, bill payments, external and internal transfers, and person to person payments. Research of un-posted items either verbally or through written correspondence (normally forms or form letters). Interacts with online banking related vendors, as appropriate.


• Responds in a timely manner to external and internal customer inquiries or requests for information concerning True Blue Online® Business, Mobile applications, mobile deposits, remote deposit capture, and cash management services. Research of un-posted items either verbally or through written correspondence (normally forms or form letters). Interacts with online banking related vendors, as appropriate. Setup and maintain companies for Treasury Management and related products.


• Processes department reports and maintenance. Gathers, analyzes and organizes data in order to compile various reports. Maintains appropriate files and records concerning customer transactions. Balances various general ledger accounts. Reports to Audit and Accounting as required. Supports all Electronic Banking Services processes and staff, as needed.


• Conducts timely payment research requested by consumer and business customers for unposted payments and transfers. File EFT forms as needed, and log into SharePoint. Interacts with vendor personnel. Sends proof of payments to payees, and either verbally or in writing works with customers/payees to resolve bill payments/online banking issues, on behalf of a customer or business customer.


• Through written correspondence (normally forms or form letters) and secured messages send notification to customers, and online banking processes. Processes correspondence requests. Performs verification of correspondence sent to customer, accounts properly posted for returned and stop payments.


• Perform other duties as assigned.


• Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.


• Must comply with current applicable laws, regulations and bank policies and procedures. Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures. Report all unsafe activities to supervisor and/or Human Resources.

Experience

• A minimum of one year up to three years of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience.

Education/Certifications/Licenses

• A high school degree or equivalent.

Skills

• A significant level of credibility, trust, and diplomacy is required to be effective in the position. Work regularly involves personal contact with customers, employees, outside vendors, and is frequently of a personal, sensitive and/or highly confidential nature. Clear and concise written and verbal communications skills are imperative to success in this role.


• Ability to use spreadsheet and word processing software suites to record and maintain records, with customer contact as necessary via verbal and written correspondence. Attention to detail and the ability to analyze customer issues, answer questions, suggest solutions, and provide counsel.
