Job Description:

What you’ll be doing (after training and onboarding):



  • Develop alignment and traceability across business functional requirements, user acceptance testing, and user training

  • Work closely with Organizational Change Management (OCM) team to ensure effective communication is being shared across the organization

  • Work closely with Training team to effectively deliver training that informs users on the business process and system functionality

  • Participate in all phases of application implementation life cycle including design, development, testing, documentation, and support

  • Be a strong problem solver and possess commitment to completing all responsibilities

  • Collaborate, share, and learn from team members, and actively follow all team processes

  • Make an impact both as an individual contributor and as part of a team

  • Assisting in implementing core service ticketing system

  • Demonstrate willingness to learn new skills

  • Effectively communicate both orally and in writing

  • Other duties as assigned


 


What we are looking for:



  • Organization, communication, and teamwork

  • Bonus Points for Azure Dev OPS


 


Education:



  • Studying toward a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, other related field; or equivalent experience in computer science (i.e. technology boot camps)
