Assistant Director, Office of Strategic Initiatives (OSI)

Position location: Kingston

Grade Level: 13

Salary Hiring Range: $83,000 - $90,000

This is a full time, calendar year position, limited to 06/30/2026 with anticipated renewal.

BASIC FUNCTION:

Reporting to Associate Director and supporting the Executive Director, develop and make recommendations for new strategic initiatives, partnerships, community engagement, outreach activities, innovative initiatives, and strategic growth for the University. Support existing OSI programs. Analyze potential revenue streams and create a cost/benefit analysis as well as a budget for new programs or initiatives. Assist in monitoring and evaluating program success and sustainability including strategic planning by evaluating and recommending proposals for new initiatives. Assist in maintaining professional relationships with various external and internal stakeholders across the University.
