A hospital in Sacramento is looking for experienced Cath Lab Techs for a travel contract.
The right candidate will have 2 years of experience.
This position is in the Cath Lab unit.
The unit sees 3,000 cases per year, including diagnostic and interventional cardiac cath procedures, TAVR and Mitraclip procedures, peripheral vascular, chest pain center accredited, STEMI tertiary referral center.
Job Requirements
2 years of experience in the field.
Active BLS, ACLS, Fluoro, ARRT or RCIS certifications.
Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) Verification is required.
Schedule Information
Shift: 12hr Days + call
Call Required: one night per week and up to every other weekend
Travelers will work 2 of the 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's).
Unit Specific Information
The Cath Lab has 3 rooms.
Common types of patients include those undergoing high acuity procedures.
Up to every other weekend work requirement.
Scrubs policy applies to either RN or CV Tech.
Additional Details
Hard-working and flexible attitude is essential.
Holiday time off will be considered but not guaranteed.
