FULL TIME ELEMENTARY TEACHING POSITION FOR REYNOLDS SCHOOL DISTRICT One full time elementary teaching position for the 2024-2025 school year. The salary and benefits will be in accordance with the current REA COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT. Compensation for this position may be negotiated based on experience and competence in the demand of the position. Candidates must possess certification(s) PK-4 with grades 5-6 All Subjects add-on or Elementary K-6. Further Qualifications include the following: 1. Excellent teaching, writing, and communication skills. 2. Highly developed classroom management and problem solving skills. 3. Proven ability to effectively communicate with students, colleagues, parents, and leadership. 4. Ability to creatively prepare, communicate, and present effective instructional strategies with the understanding and empathy for students and the assigned level. Completion of successful interviews and meeting all requirements are required.
