We are looking for a dedicated and organized Maintenance Coordinator to join our dynamic Facilities and Maintenance team. This role is crucial in ensuring the seamless operation and upkeep of our rides and buildings, making every guests visit safe and memorable. What Youll Do
Lead Maintenance Projects: Plan and manage maintenance projects for park rides and buildings, ensuring everything is safe and up to standards.Budget Master: Keep track of spending, manage accounting tasks, and help prepare budgets for repairs and new installations.Tech Innovator: Implement and maintain our CMMS software, keeping the preventive maintenance program and work orders running smoothly.Sourcing Specialist: Find the best materials and tools for the job, making sure purchases align with our quality and budget goals.Admin Pro: Support the Director of Facilities with scheduling, record-keeping, and following up on action items.Data Analyst: Collect and analyze data to help management make informed decisions on projects and improvements.
