The Sales Manager at Maxco Supply, Inc. is responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy and Planning:
o Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
o Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to refine sales approaches.
o Set sales goals and performance targets for the team and monitor progress toward these goals.
2. Team Management:
o Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team, including recruiting, training, and developing sales representatives.
o Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and implement development plans for team members.
o Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages high performance and accountability.
3. Sales Operations:
o Oversee daily sales activities, including lead generation, customer meetings, and sales presentations.

Qualifications:
