Description:
Position Title: Network Engineer (Cisco, Arista, Juniper) I
Required Skills: basic networking, troubleshooting,
Nice to have skills: Ciena, Cisco, or Juniper certification
Location: REMOTE (any time zone)
Interview Process: 2 rounds
Length: EOY
Ideal Candidate:
- Network Engineer for Business Voice Edge
- Must know the basics of Network Engineering - if they have a Cisco, Juniper, or Ciena certification they should be a good fit
- Will be responsible for taking inbound calls from technicians/customers, provisioning telecom equipment (phones, modems, voice products, etc.), and troubleshooting
- 3-4 weeks of training on internal tools
- 10:30AM-7PM EST Monday-Friday
- Workload is 3-10 phone calls a day regarding hardware installation
