Summary:


Under limited supervision, responsible for development of the organization's strategic plan(s) and ensuring the effective management of critical projects and strategic initiatives. The role will require managing complex, cross-functional programs, aligning international teams on global goals, and overseeing operational processes such as SOC audit compliance. The ideal candidate will excel in project and portfolio management, demonstrate exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, and exhibit strong financial acumen. They will also be adept at navigating ambiguity to extract insights that drive business decisions. This is a high-visibility role that requires a strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering results that support the company's long-term objectives.



Essential Functions



  • Conducts environmental scans, organizational positioning analysis and other studies.

  • Coordinates input from all major business units to facilitate the integration of individual business unit plans, best practices, and global and multi-discipline perspectives.

  • Develops concepts into strategies including quantitative analyses and recommendations; screens plans for strategic fit, feasibility and profitability prior to presentation to senior management.

  • Identifies, researches, analyzes and makes recommendations to support the organization's growth objectives.

  • Manages SOC audit processes to ensure compliance, while effectively communicating findings and improvements to stakeholders.

  • Fosters strong relationships and collaborates effectively with international teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment on global initiatives.

  • Demonstrates strong portfolio and project management skills by successfully prioritizing, planning, and executing complex projects to achieve strategic business goals.

  • Produces professional and polished written communications tailored to support strategic objectives and stakeholder engagement.

  • Proactively gathers information from diverse and ambiguous sources, demonstrating initiative and resourcefulness in uncovering critical insights.

  • Assists in financial planning and budget management, ensuring accurate forecasting and strategic allocation of resources to meet business goals.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education


Bachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or business administration or equivalent.



Minimum Experience


Five (5) years work experience in information technology or business environment including project management, quantitative analysis, forecasting, process improvement, or market/competitive analysis.



Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities


Demonstrated leadership ability, analytical and critical thinking ability with time management and management skills.


Strong communications and human relations skills.






Domicile Information:


This position can be domiciled anywhere in the United States. The ability to work remotely within the United States may be available based on business need.

Pay Transparency:
This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.



Pay: US Annual Pay Range: $85,130.76 to $150,397.68
