Job Description Summary
The Café Lead Server will assist the banquet director /outlet manager in all aspects and functions of the breakfast café, and Ggab 'n go shop per hotel standards. The Café Lead Server is responsible for prompt, courteous, and efficient service of food and beverage to all guests. They assist the manager in directing, implementing, and maintaining a service and management philosophy that serves as a guide to respective staff to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
Job Description
The Café Lead Server works as a supervisor for the breakfast café when the Banquet Director / Outlet Manager is unavailable. They are responsible for consistently delivering results that contribute to the mission and overall success of the hotel by accomplishing performance objectives covering the food service venues of the hotel. The Café Lead Server sets-up, services, and breaks-down the food and beverage areas where they are assigned ensuring a high level of quality, consistency and service.
Additional Job Information/Anticipated
Pay Range
High school diploma or equivalent vocational training certificate.
Associates or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Hospitality preferred.
3-5 years' experience in the hospitality industry and in management or supervisory role.
Food Handler's Certificate and TABC certificate required.
