We are a family owned self-storage facility seeking a part-time substitute manager. If you are good at working independently, possess strong computer skills, have a flexible schedule and looking to supplement your income, this is the job for you!
Hours will vary depending on Manager's schedule; hours are sporadic. This is an "On Call" position.
Job Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Customer Service experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook and have the ability to learn computer and gate software
Must be proficient with a printer, scanner, and phone
Maintain accurate records for each customer including lease and all correspondence
Collection Skills
Some physical labor may be required depending on the duration of substitution
All candidates are subject to a background check and drug testing
Salary: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
