Local professional well-established appraisal company is looking for a part-time Administrative Assistant to assist with day to day operations of the firm. Job responsibilities would include and are not limited to; typing skills, making corrections in appraisal reports, filing, printing data from multiple sources, answering phones, greeting clients, signing for packages, keeping inventory up to date and work file preparation. Must have knowledge in Word, Excel and typing experience are essential. Potential additional projects with collecting data for internal office databases. The hours are flexible; but preferably Monday through Thursday 8am-noon or similar. Benefits include flexible work schedule, paid holidays and paid vacation after 1-year.
