Full-Time Speech Language Pathologist at Ridgeway Post Acute
Location: Petaluma, CA

Ridgeway Post Acute is looking for a compassionate and skilled Full-Time Speech Language Pathologist to join our team! If you're passionate about helping patients overcome speech, language, and swallowing challenges and thrive in a collaborative environment, we want to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders


• Develop individualized treatment plans and adjust as needed to meet patient goals


• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care


• Educate patients and families on therapy techniques to continue progress outside of sessions


• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records

Qualifications:

• Current CA Speech Language Pathology license


• Experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute setting preferred


• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills


• Passion for improving patient outcomes
