Estimator at HAYS in Austin, Texas

Job Description:

Your new company is HQ'd out of San Antonio and has a current revenue of 235 million in ATX. Do a mix of K-12 + Retail.



Your new role will be in the estimating dept. There are 4 people; a Precon Director, a senior estimator and 2 junior estimators. You will be a plug and play estimator who will support the senior estimator with current pursuits and bids. Experience needs to be 5-7 years, with proven experience in estimating hard bid and negotiated. Most of their work is CM@Risk.



What you'll need to succeed is a local presence in Austin, but anyone who is in a different city that has worked for a General Contractor and estimated, as well as a PM with proven financial buy out and estimating experience will be considered. What you'll get in return is 110-130K base, full medical cover, gas card, a 401K match at 6% and PTO.
