Here’s What You’ll Get To Do

· Assist department supervisor in handling the shipping line personnel as well as the shipping work-flow.

· Ensure that all personnel, prior to the start of shift, are wearing the correct safety equipment and that safety awareness is maintained.

· Ensure that individuals are applying proper techniques that comply with proper quality control procedures.

Here’s What We’re Looking For

· Prior Supervisory/Lead experience

· Able to write and do basic math.

· Good oral and written communication skills.

· Basic computer familiarity.

· Must be able to accommodate a flexible work schedule including working weekend as necessary.

· An uncompromising safety-first approach in the workplace. At OBE we have each other’s back.

Physical Requirements

· Ability to stand and walk on concrete floor for eight hours or more.

· Ability to lift, bend, twist, walk, and reach frequently.

· Must have the ability to lift and/or move up to 75lbs. regularly.

· Ability to wear a hard hat, steel-toes boots, safety glasses, and hearing protection.

· Ability to work in varied temperatures consistent with same climate conditions of the region.
