JOB SUMMARY
The Maintenance and Logistics Analyst is part of a team on the Army Training Models contract providing direct support to the Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff, G-3/5/7 and G-4 of the United States Army Reserve Command (USARC) at Fort Bragg, NC.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Evaluate and interpret analytical findings related to field Logistics Assistance Support data.
• Prepare finished products for review by team leader or more experienced analysts.
• Interface with external entities to collect data.
• Use and/or develop automated tools to facilitate Logistics Assistance Support data analysis tasks.
• Prepare monthly status of Logistics Assistance Support expenditures for the USAR G-4.
• Prepare and present technical briefings as required.
• Attend 1st Army run Multi-COMPO Joint Assessment conferences to provide deploying USAR units with guidance on reset of equipment upon return from deployment.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent years of experience.
• Five+ years’ related experience in Army Training is required.
• An understanding of USAR budgetary issues and GPC usage is required.
• Must understand and interpret USAR manpower reports provided by field agencies.
• Must be proficient in use of automated spread sheets, databases and other related analysis tools.
• Requires access to GCSS-Army, FMSWeb, and Army Enterprise Portal (AESIP).
• Active Secret Clearance is required.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
• Must have a strong working knowledge of the Army Reserve to include the subordinate command structure and will have MDEP, POM background.
• Ability to understand the client’s needs and anticipate emerging requirements.
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
