Job Description:


RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our Master Data Management (MDM) team, specializing in survivorship. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring data integrity and consistency across our organization by leading survivorship initiatives, analyzing complex datasets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Survivorship Strategy Development: Design and implement survivorship strategies to determine the best records for consolidation, ensuring high-quality master data across all domains

  • Data Analysis & Validation: Conduct thorough data analysis to identify duplicates and inconsistencies, employing advanced analytical techniques to support decision-making in the survivorship process

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with business units to understand their data needs, gather requirements, and ensure alignment with MDM objectives

  • Documentation & Reporting: Create comprehensive documentation, including process flows, data lineage, and user guides, to facilitate understanding and adherence to survivorship policies

  • Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans for data management processes and tools, ensuring that survivorship rules are correctly applied and maintained

  • Training & Support: Provide training and support to business users on MDM practices, particularly in survivorship, to promote best practices and compliance

  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the MDM framework, focusing on survivorship and data quality







REQUIREMENTS:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred

  • 10+ years of experience in business analysis, with a strong focus on Master Data Management and data quality initiatives

  • In-depth knowledge of survivorship concepts, data governance, and data quality frameworks

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., SQL, Excel, data visualization tools)

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels

  • Experience with MDM tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend, SAP MDG) is a plus






The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.



We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
