The Program Director in Community Health and Research is responsible for providing oversight and direction for multiple community-based programs for the Institute for Community Health Improvement. This position works closely with the Sr. Director of Community Program, Project Managers, faculty, and others to connect, collaborate, and develop implementation plans for multi-faceted community health programs. The community program director ensures collaboration and connection across projects and departments, ensuring high-impact outcomes. He/she is also responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders and is responsible for ensuring objectives are met for funded federal projects. Additionally, the program director monitors multiple budgets and monitors program activities across projects.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field plus five (5) years of related experience with managerial level experience.
Experience with Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications
Valid Registered Nursing License.
Masters Degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field.
At least two (2) years of supervisory experience.
Four (4) years of clinical experience.
