Job Overview:



The Healthcare Account Coordinator will be responsible for fielding incoming calls from hospitals, hospital systems, and payors related to its product for treatment of worsening heart failure at home. The Coordinator will answer calls of a dedicated phone line as well as respond to inquiries from an email address setup for such inquiries. These inbound channels are set up for hospitals and other entities interested in learning more about the product and how their clinic or hospital can start using the product in their care. The Coordinator will answer the calls and coordinate an appropriate response to the inquiry, which may involve the company's field team or management. The Coordinator implements strategies to effectively convert inbound leads into customers. The position requires an understanding of the pharmaceutical and healthcare domain and outstanding telephone communication skills.


Responsibilities:
- Qualify incoming leads to determine their potential and fit for our products and workflows.
- Plan and coordinate follow-up contacts and activities using predefined or ad-hoc workflows
- Provide concise information to prospective customers to enhance their understanding and drive informed adoption decisions.
- Work closely with field sales teams to ensure seamless coordination and support for product adoption and implementation.
- Maintain accurate records of all incoming leads and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- As a member of the commercial team help guide the overall commercial strategy based on information and knowledge acquired from the inbound product interest.



Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in related telephone-based related position such as healthcare related inbound sales
- Outstanding telephone communication skills and excellent concise verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to engage with, instill trust in, and qualify potential customers.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including field sales representatives, to achieve common goals.
