Job Description:

Blades of Green is looking for an experienced, customer serviced, lawn technician to join its growing team. As a Field Manager, you will work with our client's resolving problems and ensuring satisfaction moving forward by setting appropriate expectations. The Field Manager position is key to fostering and maintaining our relationship with our clients and often work with the leadership team to develop solutions to patterns found in the field.



Job Duties and Responsibilities:



Meet with clients to help solve issues, reset expectations and evaluate any concerns


Complete service calls for any issues while evaluating the property


Conduct door knocks around client visits/service calls


Sell/upsell to new and or existing clients


Hit production and sales goals


Provide a report to management on current issues and trends they experience during their client visits


Support initiatives like call campaigns, to increase awareness about our services, and ensure timely services are provided


Run production as directed by their supervisor


All other duties as assigned by their supervisor



Qualifications:


High School Diploma


Driver's License


DOT Card


At least 1 year experience as a lawn tech


Certified in Categories PFA, Core, 3A, 3C, 8 in MD, VA and DC
