Bestica is looking for Senior Program/Project Management SME to provide service for Wright-Patterson AFB, Dayton, OH – REMOTE.

Description of services: The employee shall aid in research for the Airman Systems Directorate, Airman Biosciences Division 711 HPW/RHB, Biomedical Impact of Flight Branch (RHBF). The Airman Biosciences Division is an international center for research and technology evaluation in hazard mitigation, public health, contingency operations, performance enhancement, human systems integration, and clinical aerospace medicine disciplines including aeromedical evacuation. The division’s branches provide research and consultative capability for aeromedical, chemical, biological, and radiological health hazard needs, as well as research for the biomedical impact of flight. The research supports Air Force Medical Service research interests by creating high-performance, integrated systems for individualized, operations-enhancing health readiness. The contractors shall provide direct support to the Defense Health Program (DHP) Medical Human Performance (HP) Program, Product Line Lead and Lead Program Manager to include the R&D Support Programs personnel and laboratories that carryout the medical HP research mission. The employee(s) assistance under this Advisory and Assistance Services task order shall be for use by 711HPW at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio.

Location: REMOTE

Mandatory Requirements:

• The employee shall possess a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business administration/management, business systems, project management, finance, systems engineering, computer engineering, information systems, and/or computer science.
• The employee shall possess one of the following minimum training requirements:

• DAWIA career field certification (APDP Level I or higher) in Program Management (PM)
• Engineering & Technical Management (ETM)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is an acceptable substitute for DAWIA certifications.

• The employee shall possess at least 5 years of demonstrated program/project management experience in a Department of Defense (DoD) work environment; OR at least 15 years of demonstrated program/project management experience managing project strategy development, budget, cost, schedule, performance, and product delivery parameters.
• The employee shall have demonstrated experience with project planning, contract strategy development, collecting and analyzing project data, and performance assessment.
• The employee shall have experience with developing and writing technical documentation and briefings for higher level leadership. Examples may include program management reviews, project assessment snapshots, project reporting using DoD electronic reporting systems (Program Management Reporting Tool – PMRT).

Highly Desired Qualifications

• Possess a master’s degree in the areas of business administration/management, business systems, project management, finance, systems engineering, computer engineering, information systems, and/or computer science.
• Demonstrated experience working in a STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math) work environment.
