Well known company has partner up with Ultimate Staffing for their next Customer Service Specialist!


This is onsite Monday to Friday and the hours are from 7am-4pm no flexibility on the hours.


We are located in Santa Ana, Ca


Job description:


Will return phone calls from customers regarding questions/concerns over payments on their taxes.


Must have a clear and a confidence voice


Must be comfortable from reading from a script.


Will need to have excel background.


Be detailed and show empathy


Must have great listening skills.


Must have worked in an office setting
