Our client is a leader in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries, and they are looking to add Team Leads to the team! In this role, the Team Lead will: * Lead and coordinate technicians on shift to ensure adherence to the productionschedule in a cleanroom environment.* Ensure adequate cleanroom supplies are available and stock cleanrooms withsupplies as needed for uninterrupted operations.* Maintain and ensure the proper functioning of equipment in the cleanroom,conducting regular checks and ensuring correct usage by staff.* Ensure all personnel working in the cleanroom adhere to proper garmentingprocedures and conduct activities safely, in accordance with company protocolsand industry standards.* Oversee and enforce compliance with quality procedures among cleanroom staff,maintaining high standards of product cleanliness and sterility.* Make recommendations to management for process improvements, efficiencyenhancements, and adherence to regulatory requirements.* Train staff on all job stations and laboratory processes within the cleanroom, ensuring competency and adherence to established procedures.* Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the overall objectives of the company.
