Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Legal Assistant to assist a client in the Galleria area of Houston.

Temporary-to-hire, In office
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
Pay: $17/HR
The Legal Assistant in this role will support a law firm in the Galleria area. This is a fast-paced environment so a highly organized and detail oriented individual is required . Previous legal experience working with delinquent accounts that have gone through the litigation process and have received a judgment from the court is a plus, but not required. The position offers a great opportunity for both legal assistants and entry-level applicants seeking valuable experience in the legal industry.
The ideal candidate must possess the qualities below:
Ability to work in a high-volume, document production environment
Detail Oriented; Ability to multitask
Must be able to prioritize job responsibilities
Excellent computer skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook required
Professional demeanor
Excellent written and communication skills
Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred but not required
Strong research skills required
