Pay Rate: $20.00/hour


Location: Chicago IL 60604


Duration: 6-months



Hours:



  • Monday to Friday: 9 AM - 6 PM CST

  • Monday to Friday: 10 AM - 7 PM CST

  • Flexibility for shifts between 8 AM - 8 PM CST as needed



Job Overview:



The IT Support Associate (ISA) is a customer service-oriented professional with strong technical skills, responsible for providing first and second-level support for FCC CT proprietary web-based applications. This role involves training and consultative services for internal customers.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Provide expert phone and email application support for various proprietary applications (e.g., CTAdvantage.com, hCue.com, BOI).

  • Capture reported issues via Salesforce.com or Rainier tickets.

  • Analyze customer needs, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems using technical and analytical skills.

  • Escalate unresolved cases to second or third-level teams as per Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and ensure timely communication with customers regarding case progress.

  • Maintain and update product knowledge, identify trends, and collaborate with internal resources to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements:



  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Experience: 3-5 years of technical experience, preferably in a Help Desk environment.

Skills:



  • Strong customer service skills.

  • Technical and analytical troubleshooting abilities for web-based applications.

  • Familiarity with various operating systems and network environments.

  • Ability to resolve technical issues via phone efficiently.

  • Responsive and results-oriented mindset.
