Job Description:

Project Coordinator


As a key support to the Project Manager, the Project Coordinator gathers and analyzes data, prepares reports, and serves as the main point of contact for the assigned functional area. This role helps subject matter experts with testing system changes, researching and escalating issues, configuring systems, and analyzing data flow to find ways to improve processes. The Project Coordinator also plans, schedules, and carries out project activities to keep stakeholders informed and ensure deadlines are met.


Responsibilities:


  • Gathers data and information from various sources and prepares summaries.

  • Works with executive leadership and departmental staff to provide recommendations and implement solutions.

  • Compiles reports, summaries, and logs for senior executives and interdepartmental staff.

  • Assists with customer requests for process reviews.

  • Acts as a liaison between internal management, information services, external vendors, and other stakeholders.

  • Provides research help within their skills and expertise.

  • Offers high-level administrative support to a Project Manager.

  • Assists with data-related tasks.

  • Sets agendas and schedules for meetings, conferences, and other events; takes minutes and distributes them.

  • Provides help with other duties as needed.



Skills and Expertise:


  • 5+ years of project management experience.

  • Implementation experience is preferred.

  • High School Diploma is required.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Ability to forecast and identify trends and challenges.

  • Proficiency in MS Office.

  • Willingness to work overtime when needed.

  • M-F 8am to 5pm
