Contract HR Coordinator at Roth Staffing Companies in Minneapolis, Minnesota

Job Description:

This is a 90-day contract position, with the potential for extension based on business needs. Candidates must be willing to commit to the full duration of the contract.


Job Description:
* Provide HR support and guidance to managers and staff in recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and retention.
* Coordinate onboarding tasks, including background checks, paperwork, and orientation.
* Resolve performance management and employee relations issues with managers.
* Deliver HR training and support organizational development initiatives.
* Facilitate employee development, and training logistics, and maintain records in the LMS.
* Provide payroll and benefits support.
* Build relationships with leaders, managers, and staff; participate in cross-functional teams.
* Communicate and monitor HR systems and policies, supporting continuous improvement.
* Support investigations and ensure legal/policy compliance.


Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree
* 1+ year(s) of HR experience
* Experience working with ADP Workforce Now


Additional Info:
* Pay range: $29 - $34/hr
* Schedule: M-F 8 am-5 pm
* Location: Hybrid
* Type: Contract for around 90 days (potential to go longer if business needed)
