Job Description:

• Education and/or Experience associate's degree (AA) from a two-year college or technical school preferred or five to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in construction of modular or similar homes


• Required Skills Interpersonal Skills: Must be able to speak with employees, other department managers and senior management as it relates to Drafting and essential engineering requirements


• Leadership Skills: Must be able to motivate employees to keep operations running smoothly. Problem-Solving Skills: Plant managers must be able to quickly ascertain a situation and be decisive in solving it, such as identifying defects in the production line in accordance with company standards and guidelines

Responsibilities

• FLSA Status: Salary - Exempt


• Responsible for product engineering, new product development, maintaining adequate control to ensure all products are designed to meet various regulatory agencies codes and regulations, and maintains complete files on all appropriate code sources for review by all interested personnel by performing the following duties
