Temp to Hire Opportunity
17$ per hour, 18$ per hour once hired on
full time: onsite Monday through Friday
Schedule: Vary between 7am-7pm (Candidate must be available for any of the following schedules:
- 7:00AM - 4:00PM
- 8:00AM - 5:00PM
- 9:00AM - 6:00PM
- 10:00AM - 7:00PM
Admissions Support: Primarily Outbound
You and your team will be responsible to reaching out to potential students in order to get them in contact with one of our many campuses. Admissions Support will be transferring leads and setting on-campus appointments for our students to get a tour of our facilities and answer any questions they may have. Your will need to be high energy, overcome students' objections and make a great first impression on our potential students. You will be responsible for driving your team to meet daily, weekly and monthly goals.
Must haves:
* Upbeat and high energy personality
* No outbound calls/sales experience required but a plus
* Customer values a track record of consistency by having longevity at previous jobs and valid reasons for leaving.
Interview Process-:
- 1 on-site Interview (1-1.5hrs long)
- Candidates will take a tour of the college campus and department, if they are still interested they can proceed to the group interview after
