REAP Financial Group is a boutique investment advisory firm that specializes in Retirement Planning. Our mission statement is to "Empower families to reimagine what matters most". Our home office is located in Northwest Austin.

The purpose of this position is to provide superior service to our financial advisors, existing clients, and prospects. This position will support our financial advisors in servicing prospects by preparing for meetings, investment research, making preliminary financial planning recommendations and coordinating prospect meetings.

Position Responsibilities:
• The research of information from providers of financial products, promoting and assisting with the sale of financial products.
• Diligent note taking during appointments held by the Advisors and entered into the CRM and Retirement software programs.
• Liaise between the Advisors and team members.
• Assist in designing financial strategies by preparing case files, retirement analysis, social security analysis, Medicare analysis, and risk analysis reports.
• Follow-up with prospects to collect required financial statements and personal information
• Track and schedule all follow-up meetings until the Advisor closes business.
• Assist with preparing new client paperwork and collecting signatures as needed.
• Maintain and track all open opportunities, make calls to prospects and cold leads, manage drip campaigns and follow up with calls, emails, and gifts in order to convert a lead to a client.
• Prepare documentation for appointments such as client presentations.
• Attend workshops; help with equipment set up and booking appointments.
• Connect and build rapport with leads, prospects, and clients in order to better assist our Advisor(s).
• Commit to education by continually staying abreast of legislative changes in the industry as well as product knowledge.
• Maintain current Advisor's licenses and appointments with agencies and companies
• Order & stock new business applications and marketing brochures
• Receive incoming client service calls in a friendly, warm manner

Minimum Requirements:
• Prior experience working in financial industry
• 3+ years working alongside a Financial Advisor in a fast-paced office environment
• Texas Life Insurance & Securities License(s) preferred
• Proficiency in MacOS

Compensation: Depends on experience

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am-6pm or 8am - 5pm

Some weekday evenings (5:30pm - 9pm) for client events
