Position Overview:
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will report to the Chief Executive Officer and is a key member of the Executive Leadership team and responsible ensuring the organization's fiscal health, profitability, and growth in alignment with its mission. The CFO will oversee all financial activities, including strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and financial reporting and other departments depending on business needs. This role is critical in guiding the organization through organic and inorganic growth initiatives, and optimizing financial performance in a dynamic healthcare environment. The CFO will collaborate with senior leaders to enhance operational efficiency and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
