Job Description:
Eating Disorder Therapist
- Provide psychotherapy services to individuals and families
- Support clients' recovery and goals
- Conduct assessments to determine appropriate treatment plan and care
- Create and adjust collaborative treatment plans with clients on an ongoing basis
- Use an array of therapeutic modalities and interventions to support clients in moving toward their valued goals and meaningful recovery
- Keep up-to-date documentation of services provided (e.g. initial assessment, progress notes, treatment plans, discharge summaries, consultations)

REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience treating eating disorders
- Experience providing gender affirming care
- Experience providing trauma-informed care and culturally-sensitive therapy
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a doctorate in Psychology
- Must have and maintain licensure in the State of Wisconsin to provide psychotherapy as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PhD, PsyD, or similar
- LPC-IT, MFT or APSW will be considered
