Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the management of complex heavy highway construction initiatives
- Foster and maintain relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and third-party stakeholders
- Supervise the development of design and engineering submissions
- Create and update comprehensive project timelines
- Finalize agreements with suppliers and subcontractors
- Develop and compile documentation for project initiation meetings
- Collaborate with superintendents on bi-weekly work forecasts
- Oversee financial aspects, including budget management and fiscal reporting
- Ensure alignment of subcontractor timelines with contractual obligations
- Handle contract modifications, including pricing adjustments and change orders
- Oversee accuracy in time reporting and cost allocation
- Lead monthly financial projection meetings and participate in bi-weekly status updates
- Conduct weekly reviews of project plans and resource allocation with on-site leadership
- Manage procurement and logistics for critical long-lead materials
- Oversee financial documentation, including expense approvals and purchase orders
- Maintain up-to-date project records in the EBO system
- Facilitate clear communication across all levels, from field teams to upper management
- Achieve project milestones within prescribed timelines and budgetary constraints
- Ensure compliance with D/W/MBE and EEO project requirements
- Uphold stringent safety standards and OSHA regulation adherence
Required Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license and personal transportation
- Working knowledge of construction equipment and machinery
- Capability to comprehend and apply government regulations
- Proactive work ethic with strong organizational abilities
- Strong people skills for building rapport with diverse teams
- Competence in Microsoft Office applications
- Adaptability to adjust work hours as project demands dictate
- Openness to travel for on-site project management
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary range: $100,000 - $150,000 (commensurate with experience)
